Our products are high-end, handcrafted furniture pieces, often produced in limited quantities or made to order.
Due to their artisanal nature:
Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, and finish may occur
Natural materials may evolve over time
Images are illustrative and not contractually binding
All products are intended for indoor use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
4. Orders
An order is considered accepted only after written confirmation by Julien Pieper and receipt of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Technical issues
5. Made-to-Order and Personalized Products
Many products are manufactured specifically for the client.
For such products:
Production begins after payment validation
Modifications may not be possible once production has started
These items are considered custom goods
In accordance with applicable consumer laws, personalized or made-to-order products are not subject to the right of withdrawal or cancellation.
6. Payment
Full payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment methods indicated at checkout.
Ownership of the product remains with Julien Pieper until full payment has been received.
7. Production Time
Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on materials, suppliers, and production constraints.
Delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and timelines depend on destination and logistics arrangements.
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or upon receipt, depending on the shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate delivery information
Ensuring accessibility of the delivery location
Import duties, taxes, and local charges
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
The customer must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
Any visible damage or discrepancy must be:
Noted on the carrier’s delivery document
Reported to us within 48 hours
Failure to do so may result in rejection of claims.
10. Returns and Cancellations
Returns are accepted only for non-custom products and subject to prior written approval.
Returned items must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging
Return shipping costs and risks are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned.
11. Warranty
We provide a commercial warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for a period of two (2) years from delivery.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Improper storage, handling, or transport
Exposure to excessive humidity, water, heat, or sunlight
Accidental damage or misuse
Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
Use of inappropriate cleaning products
Normal wear and aging
Natural characteristics of materials (especially leather, textiles, wood, foam)
Damage caused by pets
Surface scratches, dents, or impacts
Overloading beyond recommended limits
Artisanal products may present slight variations or imperfections that contribute to their unique character and are not considered defects.
12. Maintenance and Care
Customers must follow the care instructions provided with the product.
Improper maintenance may void the warranty.
After the warranty period, repair and maintenance services may be offered subject to availability and quotation.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, profit, or opportunity.
14. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, texts, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Julien Pieper.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
15. Acceptable Use of Website
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
16. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
17. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, strikes, or governmental actions.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
