SHIPPING POLICY

Each Julien Pieper piece is crafted to order in our Belgian ateliers. Once your order is confirmed and payment received, production begins.

Production lead time is approximately three months. Delivery timelines depend on your destination and the logistics arrangements in place. All timelines communicated are estimates and not contractually binding.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the nature of the piece. For large or complex items, specialist handling and white-glove delivery services may apply.

Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information, accessibility of the delivery location, and any applicable import duties or local charges.

If we currently don't ship to your region, please contact us at info@julienpieper.com for special arrangements. For orders outside the EU, local customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery.
